Yuki’s Kitchen

Yuki’s Kitchen – Japanese Home Cooking – Fish & Seafood – Wednesday 08th January If you are a fan of Japanese seafood then this could set you up for years to come. During the class you will learn how to prepare a range of dishes including Teriyaki salmon, and other authentic seafood dishes. You will learn how to make different types of sauces, steamed Japanese rice,r noodles and Japanese stocks or Dashi. Plus of course they will teach you vegetable cutting, fish preparation techniques and skills. This is the first little cooking pot supper club of 2014, and they guarantee to cure any hangovers hanging on from Decembers festivities. A three course middle-eastern vegan feast awaits those who choose to attend and with it being BYO or the choice of choosing from one, or all, of Bodega’s handpicked wines and local beers. Cook with Padmaja

Cook with Padmaja – Supper Club – Simple Indian – Friday 10th January Cook with Padmaja offers a small group of 6 for a hands on cooking of, yes you guessed it: Simple Indian cuisine. They will be sharing simple recipes, tips and ideas to rustle up some great Indian Dishes from  starters including pakoras, samosas and bhajjis to beautifully flavoured curry’s, breads and rice dishes. But it’s not all work and no play, as you will be awarded with a sit down meal and a glass of wine.
