BackDoor Kitchen + Brixton = BackDoor Salon

BackDoor Kitchen + Brixton = BackDoor Salon

Backdoor Salon is the latest adventure brought to you by the guys behind the underground – hip and popular – BackDoor Kitchen supperclub. After two successful years of popping up in places like the School of Wok & Edible Experiences’s Sunday Feasts in Covent Garden and in Clapham hosted by The Jam Tree. The BackDoor Kitchen crew are often regarded as one of the most interesting pop ups in London.

Starting from 21st July, they are taking over Cannon & Cannon’s Salon in Brixton for three Sundays in a row, a restaurant right in the middle of the bustle of Brixton.

Rob and Fabio will serve to their guests a 4 courses brunch (£27) or an “Italian Aperitivo experience” (£15) complete with 3 twisted tapas dishes. Both promise to be a unique foodie extravaganza and include a complimentary Italian cocktail.

If one cocktail isn’t enough, you’ll be pleased to hear that wines and cocktail will be available at the BackDoor Bar, but make sure you come with extra cash as it is cash only bar.

What they say:

“The Backdoor Kitchen is not about pretentious cooking or fine dining sensations; it is about surprising people with unusual combinations and giving them a proud culinary moment of authenticity, creativity and passion. If you like the idea and love to toast as Italians do, you just need to drop by.”

What we think: We’ve been big fans of the Backdoor Kitchen concept for a long time now and it doesn’t surprise us that they have been going from strength to strength. This latest venture means many more people will be able to sample their delights and the setting of Brixton is perfect for their brand and can only be a good thing!

If the Backdoor Salon (sponsored by Aperol Spritz UK and Campari Group.) sounds like your cup of cocktail then you can find out more info via their website or book via Edible Experiences
