Styloko’s Stylish Soiree with Glassworks
We we’re invited along to a stylish soiree on Thursday, 5th June by Social shopping site styloko.com who partnered with designer retailer ‘Glassworks’. This eagerly anticipated event saw hundreds of fashionista’s descend upon the Covent Garden store to browse the latest designer must-haves from brands such as Helmut Lang, Senso and also Glassworks newly launched own brand.
London Life UK had the pleasure of mingling with a host of press, models and VIP guests who attended to show off their style credentials and mingle with fellow fashion lovers whilst enjoying music provided by London legend DJ ‘Barber’ and Manchester DJ, Carl Boon.
It wasn’t just about fashion, we were treated to a variety of rather tasty canapés provided by celebrity caterer ‘Lil ol Lena’, while ‘Bulldog Gin’and ‘Funkin cocktails’ joined forces to offer a variety of summery tipples. Our personal favourite was a Bulldog gin and Styloko’s creation ‘Styloko Allsort’cocktail, which apparently contained viola infused ice cubes and while we can’t actually confirm that to be true, we can confirm they were bloody lovely.
We’re told make up specialists Shu Uemura were on hand for complimentary makeovers and attendees also received discounts on clothing and goody bags that included treats from organic skincare brand Yin Yang along with pop cakes (our favourites) and complimentary makeover vouchers.
Also present was fashion blogger Irena D, the winner of the ‘Win a Stylish Night Out With Styloko’ competition. This fashion lover from sunny Manchester was lucky enough to receive a awesome party package which included a 2 day stay at The Westbridge boutique hotel in addition to a makeover by Shu Uemura, plus of course two VIP Tickets to the Styloko Party and a generous clothing voucher from Glassworks

It really was an unforgettable evening that merged shopping with cool music and amazing food to create a great atmosphere at one of the trendiest independent boutiques in Covent Garden. Stylish drinks, stylish clothing, stylish people and an ultra stylish hotel to stay at afterwards-the perfect night for a fashion blogger.”
