This stunning collection of dishes showcases the experienced honed after some 20 years at the very top of his profession both in Japan and London, including six years at the two Michelin-starred UMU in Mayfair.
Some of the many highlights include Charcoal Grilled Miso Marinated Salmon, Iberico Pressa Katsu Don, Prawn Tempura and Sea Bream Rice.
Dishes can be ordered for collection at 50% off the normal menu prices or 20% if delivered through Deliveroo.
