Surbiton Food Festival 4th to 19th May
May 4th marks the start of one of LDN Life’s favourite couple of weeks.
Surbiton Food Festival now in its 7th year offers two weeks of mouthwatering festivities which take inspiration from around the world while being truly rooted in their local community, combining the skills of the very best professional chefs, traders, suppliers and growers alongside the incredible passionate team of volunteers who are the heart and soul of the festival.
Three showcase weekend events; the Seething Sardine Festival, the Surbiton Village Fete, and the Seething Community Sports Day and Picnic.
In addition to these very popular and slightly bonkers weekend events. This year they also have some delightful new gastronomical feasts, this year’s programme is promising to be a creative delight, reflecting the imagination, talent and originality of local foodies and artists alike.
Festival goers of all ages can get stuck in with films, lino carving, storytelling and story writing, table-top gaming, live animation or life drawing all with a consumable twist.
