Northcote Records – New Bar Opening – Preview

Northcote records in Clapham Junction is the new sister bar of Venn Street Records in Clapham Common and officially opens its doors today.

Yesterday London Life UK were lucky enough to get a sneak peek at the new bar, which for regulars of Venn Street will feel like a home from home.

Thanks to their rather simple yet clever naming convention, you should already have worked out where it is, but because Northcote is quite a long road our advice is simply that is it is opposite Nando’s.

The ‘Iconic’ neon sign from Venn Street makes an appearance at Northcote as well, as does a multitude of amazing amount of yes you guessed it records, but also other music related posters and memorabilia which could keep you entertained for hours.

So all that is left to say is go and check it out, Venn Street was a revelation when it first opened and there is a very good reason why it is always busy, these guys know how to party!  So if you are a music buff, a lover of a good cocktail or just like to party you know where to go. P.s. Thankfully they also like a good beer so don’t worry if that is your poison.
